Advantage Consulting Team was formed to provide comprehensive government relations and public affairs services to a variety of clients before Florida lawmakers and policymakers. Founded in December 2008 by Rhett O'Doski and Sean Stafford, the firm represents a new generation of lobbyists in the State Capitol. The Team's effective advocacy is founded on the timeless principles of hard work, integrity, competence, and meaningful relationship building in a term-limits environment.
The founding partners have nearly three decades of combined government relations experience, working on state policy and lobbying efforts, representing large Fortune 100 companies, small and medium sized corporations and state trade associations.
The Team works closely with our clients to devise specific objectives and implement proven lobbying strategies to attain those objectives. As a small firm, we recognize the importance of cost-efficient and timely service, and our efforts are tailored to our clients' needs and resources.
Each member of the Advantage Consulting Team is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists, created several years ago to foster a culture of ethical lobbying in Florida. As a condition of membership, each member is required to take an annual ethics course and agree to a code of conduct.
